    The next time you get an e-mail from him, report it as spam.

    Mail page>>click options (top right)>>block addresses. Enter the exact address in the space provided and click "add block".
    {you can also remove blocks in the same place}

    ?? If you're using the New Mail ??
    Mail page>>options>>mail options>>spam>>block addresses.

    Future mails from him will be deleted immediately, and you'll never see any of them.
    BUT---he will not be notified in any way.
    Just console yourself with knowing that he's wasting his time (ha-ha), sending you mails.

    log in to yahoo mail
    -click options
    -click block address
    -enter his e-mail address
    - click 'add block'

    all future emails he sends you will be deleted as soon as you receive them, he will now be sending you emails for no reason because he will think you are receiving them but really you are not getting them
    yahoo will not notify him, so just move on, he maybe won't get the hint this way but it will be funny that he will never know you blocked him
