I am going to purchase a 4GB MicroSD card directly from Amazon.co.uk, only problem is a postal strike is occurring on the 15th of october but I dont know for how long

Will my product get lost if I order first class delivery? Or will it just simply be delayed? any experiences of similar issues?

    Thanks in advanced

I'm not sure but i think all mail would come to a halt, everything in teh system would be put aside until strike is over...thats how it works in canada anyway. If you haven't purchased yet, I would wait to do so. There may be another way of getting it to you but it might cost way more money.

just had an e-mail from my neice in England and the postal strike is over, no further strike is planned on the 15th.
however if a future stike occured it would only delay the delivery of any items till the stike is over.
