i cant play a cd dvd or get photo from a disc i have what could be wrong please help!

It could be in need of replacement. Other than that you can check the device manager to see if it's there are any configuration problems.

hello.... well ur dvd player lens might be corrupted if it doen not play any of the cd or dvd......else the drive keeps on ejecting from ur system thn it si not detected ....to which u can just open up ur CPU n tight the plug of ur ROM.....or else if the ROM moves in n outside thn the spring of the ROM must be displaced....
